I.Purposes and Use of Information.

Register you and onboard you as a client or prospective client, and keep your information in our systems.
Provide you with the services you contract with Etimex and fulfill our obligations to you.
Additionally, your personal information will be used for the following secondary purposes:
Provide you with our services, contacting you and holding events for marketing and advertising purposes, as well as communicating and making our promotions available to you.
Notify you of changes in the general terms and conditions of the services you have contracted.
Comply with our obligations to authorities, including those arising from audits.
Have statistical information and records to determine our clients' satisfaction level with our services.
Register clients in Etimex's systems to follow up on requirements related to the services.
Etimex collects, uses, stores, and/or transfers your personal data, to the extent permitted by Law, for the purpose of: selling, promoting, and publicizing our services (the "Services"), as well as contacting you to send you communications, notifications, notices, and/or news from Etimex.
If the personal data owner (the "Owner") does not wish their personal data to be processed for the indicated secondary purposes, or any of them, they can deny their consent from this moment by sending their request via the following email address: info@etimex.com.
Should the Owner express their refusal in this regard, it will not be a reason for Etimex to stop providing the services they have contracted. Likewise, we inform you that you have a period of 5 (five) business days to inform us of your refusal, counted from the date on which information related to your personal data was requested.
II. Type of Information Collected..
Etimex will collect your data when you visit our website and complete the form expressing interest in contracting the services Etimex offers. The personal data collected may include, among others: name, address, phone number, and email address.
III. Information Protection.
The information Etimex obtains through the ETIMEX portal is protected by physical, technological, and administrative security measures, always safeguarding user information. However,Etimex cannot guarantee the protection of your personal data in case of problems with users' or clients' connections or devices. Therefore, despite having sufficient security infrastructure, vulnerabilities beyond Etimex's control may occur, the risks of which are assumed by the user.
IV. Confidencialidad de la información.
Etimex undertakes not to share confidential information and/or personal data provided by users or clients with any third party, except when authorized by them.
Despite its policy of not disclosing information provided by users, Etimex reserves the right to disclose your information when a court order is received or action is taken against malicious users of the information contained on the website.
Consequently, users agree and understand that this Comprehensive Privacy Notice does not apply to information that users voluntarily provide when communicating with other people through electronic correspondence, chats, or similar activities.Users are responsible for the type of information they disclose when participating in the activities mentioned in this paragraph.
Etimex is not responsible for the data that users provide to third parties who may have promotions or links to their own useful registrations.
V. Transfer of Personal Data.
Etimex informs you that your personal data may be transferred to any authorities, by virtue of applicable legislation, provided that such transfer:
Implies that the transfer is necessary or legally required for the safeguard of a public interest, or for the administration of justice;
Involves the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial process;
Is required to be disclosed to companies that are affiliates or subsidiaries of Etimex and have the same internal processes and regulations.
Personal data may only be transferred to third parties other than those mentioned abovethrough: (i) express consent, (ii) by resolution or order of a judicial or administrative authority, and (iii) when it concerns personal information that by law is considered public.
Etimex may transfer your personal data to third parties commercially or contractually related to Etimex; provided it is necessary to comply with the purposes described in this Comprehensive Privacy Notice. Therefore, Etimex may transfer your personal data to the following entities:
Etimex's parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries.
Third-party service providers for the fulfillment of legal obligations acquired by Etimex.

Etimex will ensure that such third parties maintain adequate administrative, electronic, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data, and that such third parties use your personal data solely and exclusively for the purposes for which they were contracted and in accordance with this Comprehensive Privacy Notice and the Law.
VI. ARCO Rights.
The means available to the user to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and/or opposition, as provided by law, can be done by contacting Etimex's Data Protection Officer.
Access and Rectification.
The Owner may request that Etimex inform them what personal data it holds in its databases. Likewise, the Owner may request that if there is any error in them, they be rectified.
Cancellation.
The Owner may request that personal data be canceled and/or deleted from Etimex's databases, either personally or through their duly accredited legal representative. There are cases where personal data cannot be canceled by legal provision.
Opposition
The Owner may object to the processing of their personal data, either personally or through their legal representative.
The Owner may at any time revoke the consent they have granted to Etimex for the processing of their personal data, limit its use or disclosure, and/or request its return, as well as exercise the ARCO Rights provided for by Law, by sending their request to the email address info@etimex.com.
Likewise, the Owner may also exercise their Rights by sending a written request including their full name, phone number, address, and/or email for receiving notifications, and a simple copy of their official identification to the following address:

In accordance with Article 29 of the Law, Etimex will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days counted from the date of receipt of your request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition. You will receive a response regarding the merits of your request via email sent to the email address you indicated in the request itself or by sending a letter to the address you indicated. Within this period, we will inform you about its merits. Etimex will be deemed to have complied with the response to your request when it delivers the correspondence to the postal service, or on the date it replies to your email message. For the purposes of submitting the written exercise of ARCO rights, as well as for the case of requesting additional information to this Privacy Notice, business days shall be considered Monday to Friday, and business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Modifications to the Privacy Notice.
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Notice at any time. Should there be any change in this Privacy Notice, you will be notified by sending an email to the account we have on record and/or by publishing it on Etimex's website.
Etimex will not be responsible if you do not receive the aforementioned notification of change in the Privacy Notice if there is any problem with youremail account or internet data transmission.However, for your security, the current Privacy Notice will be available at all times on the website indicated in the previouspoint.
The owner of the Personal Data states that they have read and agree with the terms and conditions of the Privacy Notice made available tothem, being aware of the purpose of the collection and processing of their personal data; as well as the procedure for exercising their ARCO Rights.
The Personal Data you have provided will be handled confidentially, limiting its use to the purpose described in this Privacy Notice. It will be safeguarded under strict confidentiality standards and procedures, reasonably preventing its improper use or disclosure. To this end, physical, technical, and administrative security measures have been implemented in accordance with the Law.

We inform you that the recipient will proceed to cancel and delete the personal data granted once it fulfills the purpose that justified its processing. The cancellation of personal data will not be carried out when theprovisions of articles 26 and 34 of the Law are applicable.
VII. Acceptance of the Comprehensive Privacy Notice.
This Comprehensive Privacy Notice constitutes a valid agreement between the Owner and Etimex. It means that you have read, understood, accepted, and consequently agreed to the terms of said Comprehensive Privacy Notice.
If the user does not agree with the terms of this privacy notice, they should not provide any information or use the services or any information related to this website.
